Be prepared to take the following actions:

  2. Research cooperative housing models.
  3. Identify potential locations for your village.
  4. Conduct a feasibility study for the chosen location.

  11. Create a marketing and outreach strategy for initial residents.
  12. Develop a startup work plan by season for the first year.
  13. Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals.
