Croatan Oyate

Croatan Oyate is a sovereign tribal nation currently based in New England, and originally from the islands off North Carolina, and later Quebec after the great migration.

The Croatans provide support to groups creating their own sovereign native style villages as a nonprofit with no charge for planning services, capital access planning, financial consulting, construction planning, work planning, and governance. They also provide on-site support during the initial stages of the construction process for a low fee. That is usually included in the Pre-development fees of the overall construction project.
