Croatan Oyate
Croatan Oyate is a sovereign tribal nation currently based in New England, and originally from the inner islands of North Carolina, and later southeastern Quebec after the great migration.
The Croatans provide support to groups creating their own sovereign native style villages as a nonprofit with no charge for planning services, capital access planning, financial consulting, construction planning, work planning, and governance. They also provide on-site support during the initial stages of the construction process for a low fee. That is usually included in the pre-development fees of the initial construction project, along with architectural fees and engineering fees.
